Heartspace - Encyclopedia of Grim

The heart space a space of infinte richness or infinite emptiness.
Love found can make it feel like it's filled with the wonders and joy of the universe. Love lost can make it feel like it's filled full of nothing.

This is a drawing from the Encyclopedia of Grim.

    1. It's a bit of a tangle in this one but I try to have the distortion of forms, the white space and shapes make some kind of visual sense. Thanks for your kind comments.

    1. Living here in Australia gives me a chance to see a myriad of shapes and colours of birds. (lyre birds, emus, cockatoos, jabirus, pelicans, channel billed cuckoo, ibis and lorikeets to name a few.) It opened up a visual cacophony of bird shapes to think about.
